The cam clutches 200 series one way clutch bearing installation and use:
| 1. 200 series cam clutch belongs to shaft instalation type. So the shaft for clutch installation should be rigidified after grinding. |
| Make it reach to Rc56~60. The rigidified depth will be 1.5mm. The grinding should reach to 1.5S(16micro-inch) of smooth finish. |
| The taper of the shaft should not be more than 0.01mm in every 50mm. |
| 2.When install clutch, please install bearings at both sides in order to make concentric between the shaft and outer ring of clutch |
| and bear radial load and axial load which may act to outer ring and shaft possibly. |
| 3.Install clutch onto shaft in accordance with rotary mode indicated by arrow direction of clutch along with clutch plate. Don't use |
| hammering mode in order to avoid leading impact at the clutch. |
| 4.The clutch possesses same outer diameter with bearings listed in above table. |
| 5.For indexing product, it is suggested to use lubricating oil. |
| 6.The concentricity between casing and shaft should be within 0.05mm. |
| 7.The section plane of key should be in conformity with JIS B1301-1959. |
