The specification of our ball screw:

Ball screw is of the desired product that can convert the rotary motion into linear motion, or linear motion into rotary motion. Ball screw is composed of of the screw, nut and ball. Its function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, and a further extension of the ball screw and development, which is important that this development is from the bearing moves to a sliding operation. With little friction, ball screw is widely used in various industrial equipments and precision instruments.

Ball screw is the most commonly used transmission components, in machine tools and precision machinery,and its main function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, or torque into axial forces repeatedly, and both high-precision, reversibility and high efficiency characteristics.

Screws is divided into precise grinded ball screw (from CO-C7 is divided into six levels) and high precise cold rolled ball screw (divided from the C7 to C10 of 3 Levels) .The model is cold rolled ball screw and the accuracy is C7.

Ball screw Material:

All of these,90% is bearing steel GCr15,and the remaining are carburizing steel 20CrMnTi, nitrided steel 38CrMoAl and stainless steel 4Cr13.In addition,the cannula is stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti and floating back to the device is plastic.

Ball screw features are:

(1)  high transmission efficiency. (Up to 85% -98%).

(2) high sensitivity. (No vibration, no crawling, good synchronization).

(3) high positioning accuracy. ( achieving seamless transmission, strong rigidity and small temperature rise).

(4) long use time, (these are more than 4 times, wear small, long accuracy ,comparing to the ordinary sliding screw).

(5) easy and reliable to use, lubrication and maintenance..

(6) to reverse drive, no self-locking. (when you use in the vertical or stop immediently , should attach self-locking or braking device).
