How to store YWS rails without damage or deformation

As is well known, the guide rails are precision parts, so care must be taken when using them. In other words, use high performance rails. If used improperly, the expected performance will not be achieved and the rails will be easily damaged. Therefore, the following matters should be noted when using YWS rails:

1. Keep the guide rail and its surrounding environment clean. Even if invisible tiny dust enters the rail, it increases the wear, vibration and noise of the rail.

2. When using and installing, be careful not to let strong punching, do not hit the rail directly with a hammer, and do not transmit pressure through rolling elements.

3. Use appropriate and precise installation tools to avoid the use of fabrics and staple fibers.

4. In order to prevent the corrosion of the YWS guide rail, when directly carrying the guide rail by hand, the sweat should be thoroughly cleaned and coated with high quality mineral oil before operation. Special attention should be paid to rust prevention during the rainy season and summer.

However, under certain special conditions, the YWS guide has a longer life than conventional calculations, especially at light loads. These special operating conditions are that when the rolling surfaces (tracks and rolling members) are effectively separated by the lubricating oil film, contaminants may cause surface damage. In fact, under ideal conditions, so-called permanent rail life is possible.

Grease lubrication has a sealing method in which grease is previously filled in the sealing rail, a proper amount of grease is filled inside the housing, and grease is periodically filled and supplied. In addition, for multi-rail machinery that requires lubrication, a centralized grease supply method in which pipes are connected to various lubrication points is also used. Grease lubrication can not add grease for a long time, and its sealing device structure is relatively simple and widely used. Oil lubrication is relatively simple. Regular lubrication can greatly increase the service life of the YWS rail.
