General information about installation and use of BB series cam clutch: |
| 1. The desigh of BB series cam clutch is used for press-fit installation. |
| 2. There is a key slot at inner ring of BB-1K and BB-2GD 1KK series. The standard of key slot for 25 size of clutch of BB2K-K1, |
| BB40-1K-K and BB40-2GD 1K-K is DIN 6885.3, the standard of other size will be DIN 6885.1. |
| 3. There is a key slot at inner and outer ring of the series product. |
| "-K" means that when deliver goods, key and cam clutch will be delivered together. |
| 4. Correct interfere size must be kept at shaft and casing in order to get maximum bearing and clutch property. |
| 5. About shaft and casing tolerance of every series product, please refer to the table on next page. |
| 6. BB2GD and BB-2GD 1K-K series product possesses special lip type seal ring which is used for prevent from dust effectively. |
| 7. The arrow at inner ring indicated engaging direction of inner ring. |
| 8. When install clutch, please use a impact tool with proper diameter in order to exert uniform presure to full surface of inner |
| and outer ring. |
| 9. Don't impact or exert other impact force onto clutch. |
| 10. Enough strength of casing should be kept in order to make the clutch can bear the needed installation pressure of press-fit |
| installation. |
| 11. Range of working temperature:-30℃~+100℃(about temperature over the range, please consult us.) |
| About Lubrication: |
| 1. Before deliver, the lubricating grease has been used, it is not necessary to add lubricating grease before use. |
| 2. If clutch and lubricating agent are used together, oil surface should be kept above shaft core. |
| 3. Don't use lubricating grease added EP additive. |
