SG Type

   Linear bearings feature an extruded aluminum, lightweight rail and block. The blocks are available with 3, 4 or 5 double angular contact rollers which are factory lubricated and sealed for the life of the bearing.

   SG bearing blocks also feature a unique eccentric adjustment nut which allows for easy adjustment of the running clearance ( preload ) between the double angular rollers and shafting.

   The rail model number have SGR10/SGR15N/SGR15/SGR20N/SGR20/SGR25/SGR35

10. High wear resistance: The steel shaft is specially hardened and has high abrasion resistance;

Unique design: The product design is sturdy (a combination of aluminum profile and bearing steel), can be used as a bracket or bottom plate, no need to grind the base surface to install the guide rail; the size of the guide hole and the slider mounting hole can be processed according to customer requirements.
