A rod end bearing, also known as a heim joint (N. America) or rose joint (U.K. and elsewhere), is a mechanical articulating joint. Such joints are used on the ends of control rods, steering linkstie rods, or anywhere a precision articulating joint is required, and where a clevis end(which requires perfect 90 degree alignment between the attached shaft and the second component) is unsuitable. A ball swivel with an opening through which a bolt or other attaching hardware may pass is pressed into a circular casing with a threaded shaft attached. The threaded portion may be either male or female.

Feature:

1. Bearings with a stretching rod, stretching with right or left-hand male thread.

2. To plate zinc on the surface of rod body, the housing with a lubricartion hole or a grease nipple.

3. Rod ends permissible operating temperature, are available on - 30 °C to + 80 °C temperature range of use, and keep the right to bear ability.

Application:

This kind of bearings are widely used in engineering hydraulic oil cylinder, forging machine tools, engineering machinery, automation equipment, automobile shock absorber, hydraulic machinery and other industries, etc.
