Maintenance of linear guides

Linear guides are a very precise product, please pay attention to the following points:

1. The linear guide will be rust-proofed before leaving the factory. Therefore, please clean the anti-rust oil before use and immediately add lubricating oil.

2. If the user fails to use the product within one month after purchase, please perform regular anti-rust treatment. With the difference in regional temperature, the anti-rust treatment time also needs to be adjusted periodically.

3. Do not remove the slider by yourself to prevent foreign matter from entering the slider, affecting the accuracy of the slider and shortening the service life. In addition, the guide rails should be on a suitable plane or they will deform.

4. When installing the linear guide vertically, pay special attention to the sliding of the slider. If the slider slips down accidentally, please contact the factory immediately.

5, the product should be used in a clean environment, the outside of the product should be equipped with a protective cover to prevent dust and metal dust from entering, affecting the accuracy and service life of the product.

6. If the product is used in harsh environment or in corrosive environment, the company can provide phosphoric acid film or chrome treatment, please contact us in time.

7. Do not use in an environment where the temperature exceeds 80 degrees (except heat resistance specifications), so as not to damage the seal of the product and shorten the service life.
