1. Knocking method

The inner diameter of the copper rod or other soft metal material is pressed against the shaft end, and the lower part of the bearing is padded, and can be removed by tapping with a hand hammer. 2, hot break method

Used to remove the tight fit bearing. First, the oil heated to about 100 °C is poured into the bearing to be dismantled. After the bearing ring is thermally expanded, the bearing can be pulled out with a puller.

3, push method

Pushing the bearing with a press, the work is stable and reliable, and does not damage the machine and the bearing shielding machine room. The press has manual pushing, and the mechanical or hydraulic press pushes. Note: The pressing point of the press should be on the center of the shaft and should not be biased.

4, pull out method

A special puller is used. When disassembling, the bearing will be pulled out slowly as long as the handle is rotated. When the outer ring of the bearing is disassembled, the angle of the two legs of the puller should be opened outwards; when the inner ring of the bearing is removed, the two legs of the puller should be inward and snapped onto the end face of the inner ring of the bearing.

Needle bearing is a roller bearing with a cylindrical roller. The roller is thin and long relative to its diameter. This type of roller is called a needle roller. Despite the small cross-section, the bearing still has a high load bearing capacity, and the needle bearing is equipped with a thin and long roller (roller diameter D ≤ 5 mm, L / D ≥ 2.5, L is the roller length), so The radial structure is compact, its inner diameter size and load capacity are the same as other types of bearings, the outer diameter is the smallest, and it is especially suitable for support structures with limited radial mounting dimensions.

Depending on the application, bearings or needle roller and cage assemblies without inner ring can be used. The journal surface and the housing hole surface that match the bearing directly serve as the inner and outer rolling surfaces of the bearing to ensure load capacity and running performance. As with ferrule bearings, the hardness of the raceway surface of the shaft or housing bore, the machining accuracy and surface quality should be similar to the raceway of the bearing ring. This type of bearing can only withstand radial loads.
